Are the AI's prices reliable?
Yes. The AI only calculates with our current rates and surcharges and never makes up a price. Every quote is recorded in writing with a validity date.
Can I talk to a person?
Always. Ask the AI for a colleague and we will contact you within one business day. For dangerous goods, claims or special cargo the AI brings in a specialist itself.
Which Incoterms do you support?
All Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU, DDP). The AI works out automatically which costs are yours.
What is not included in the price?
Import duties and import VAT, demurrage/detention for late pick-up, waiting time and customs inspections.
